the staff was very friendly i appreciated that. the included drinks and snacks in the mini bar were great too they had many options. the shower had strong water pressure it felt amazing after a long day.
the television did not work i was so disappointed. i could not find any channels in english at all it was very inconvenient. the hotel was not very transparent about the spa it's a shame the pool was out of service.

The included mini bar stocked with drinks and snacks was great! The shower had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. I appreciated the sommelier's excellent wine tasting. The staff anticipated my needs. This added to the experience!
